As Yıldırımlar Dokuma Örme Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi  (“Company”), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. As a company, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with the Company in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) numbered 6698. 

1. IDENTITY OF DATA CONTROLLER

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698, your personal data can be processed by Yıldırımlar Dokuma Örme Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi as data controller within the scope described below.

2. PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS PROCESSED BY DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data processed by the Company as a data controller are your personal data regarding name, surname, CCTV record, address and telephone number.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data regarding name and surname are processed for the purpose of carrying out the goods sales processes.

Your personal data, consisting of address and telephone number, are processed for the purposes of conducting goods sales processes and communication activities. Your CCTV recording data is processed for the purposes of ensuring physical space security.

4.METHOD AND LEGAL REASON OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

Your personal data regarding name, surname, adress and telephone number in question are fully or partly automatically processed on the basis of the legal reasons stated in Article 5 of the Law that “it is compulsory for the data controller to fulfill his legal obligation” and “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person’’

Your personal data regarding  CCTV records is fully or partly automatically processed on the basis of the legal reasons stated in Article 5 of the Law that “it is compulsory for the data controller to fulfill his legal obligation”  and “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person’’

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA 

Your personal data can be transferred to the shareholders for the purpose of informing the shareholders. Your personal data can also be transferred to mail service providers when mail services whose servers are located abroad are used for communication purposes. While transferring your personal data, it is transferred in accordance with the data transfer conditions in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, and the Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures by showing the utmost care during the transfer of your personal data.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AS PERSONAL DATA OWNER UNDER LAW NUMBERED 6698

As personal data subjects, as per article 11 of Data Protection Law Numbered 6698, by applying to us, you have the right,

1. To be informed about whether your personal data are processed
2. If your personal data have been processed, to request information regarding this activity
3. To be informed about the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose
4. To be informed about the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad
5. To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing
6. To request the deletion or termination of your personal data within the framework of the conditions provided by KVKK legislation
7. To request the notification of the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, regarding the process when it is requested that your incomplete or incorrect personal data to be corrected and your personal data to be deleted or terminated
8. To object to the emergence of a result against the person whose data is processed by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
9. In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to request the removal of this damage

7. APPLICATION TO DATA CONTROLLER

By filling out the “Data Subject Application Form” prepared by the Company and shared at moritekstil.com you can use your rights contained in the article “your rights as a personal data owner under law 6698” of this text by the methods shown in the table below or by other methods determined by the PDP (Personal Data Protection) Board. The methods that the data owner can apply for are described in detail in the table below:

For applications made by e-mail, if an electronic signature signed with a qualified certificate in accordance with the Electronic Signature Law is not used, a written  confirmation of the request may be requested by the relevant department.

In the application to be made within the scope of the aforementioned rights, Data Owner is liable to explain in detail  the right on which his/her request is based and his/her request for the right in question and present the relevant documents, if any.
