CLARIFICATION TEXT ABOUT THE SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE BUILDING OF YILDIRIMLAR DOKUMA ORME TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

This clarification text has been prepared by the data controller Yıldırımlar Dokuma Örme Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Clarify.

In order to ensure the security of the building, a total of 16 security cameras are used inside and outside the company building, and the recording process is audited by the Company.

The personal data in question is processed automatically, based on the legal reason “it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” in Article 5 of the Law and “the data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”

The personal data in question may be transferred to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement authorities upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law “regulating the rights of the person concerned”, by filling out and signing the application form available at the Company’s website moritekstil.com, or by proving your identity in person or through a notary public, in accordance with the “Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller”. You can deliver/notify in writing to 47 A/1 Kestel/Bursa address or you can send it to our company’s registered address [email protected] with your registered e-mail (KEP) address.

Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the operation requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the answers to the applications exceed 10 (ten) pages, a processing fee of 1.00 (one) Turkish Lira will be charged for each page. If the answer is requested to be given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, a fee will be charged according to the cost of the requested recording medium.
